Hi Everyone,

We are using the MS Forms to collect result for a survey.

Before off work, my colleague has checked there are 2 responses to the survey.

But on the next morning, when i check again, the 2 responses disappeared.

We want to retrieve back the 2 responses.

I have tried to contact support as referring to MS Form response disappeared - please help!, but the sites are not available at the moment. We also tried to reach out to the Microsoft Support, but failed to open ticket and find support directly as we do not have system admin accounts.

Please help.

Many thanks in advance.

Best,

Ken

    Dear Ken,

    Good day!!

As per the description shared, I understand the submitted responses in the Form are missing the next day of submission and you want to retrieve the data of missing responses. If yes, can I know whether you have created the Form in OneDrive or SharePoint Online, or Microsoft Forms? If it's either OneDrive or SharePoint Online, the responses workbook is saved in the respective document library of the site and whenever a response is submitted, the response is automatically saved into the Excel workbook created for responses.

So, you can go to the location where the Form is created in OneDrive or SharePoint Online and open the Excel workbook to see the missing responses.

If the Form is created on the Microsoft Forms page and the responses are missing and If the Form is created in a cloud location and also missing the responses are in the responses workbook, I suggest you contact the related development team via creating a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center. Since you mentioned you are not the admin of the organization, you can contact the IT helpdesk of your organization and help you to raise a support ticket for your concern. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

    Regards,
