SharePoint 2019 Unable to Configure 3rd WFE with Distributed Cache

I have 3 x WFE with Distributed Cache and 3 x APP with Search.

2 WFE configured properly , where 3rd WFE I am getting an error Cachehost information is null

when I run configuration wizard for 3rd server , below is the error.

What I verified so far.

AppFabric  service is running in windows services

When I run PowerShell command , Get-CacheHost , It list down existing 2 servers

Microsoft 365 and Office | SharePoint | For business | Windows
