Hi there,

I am attempting to login to a MS365 account for a side business that's on a custom domain. e.g. *****@domain.com

When entering the correct password, "You don't have access to this" with "Error Code: 530035"

As I can't log into the admin portal, I am pretty stuck to get any further help...

    Hello Rob,

Try to use your mobile and connect to the internet via mobile data not wifi and use any browser to open outlook online and try to login to that account you are facing the issue with, it will work and ask you to enable multi factor authentication MFA, after you enable it you can relogin on your laptop or whichever pc you saw the error on before while logging in, it will work.

I can confirm this worked and resolved this issue on 06/27/23 2pm EST.

Hi, I didn't work for me unfortunately.

I have tried Mobile network, a different PC, and a different PC on a different network.

    Same results, error: 530035

Has anyone else found a solution?

Turn off the VPN on your device.

I solved the problem adding a new authentication method, I added my email, and setup MFA in my phone with other MFA app, no Microsoft. All of this through Microsoft Entra ID in Azure portal
