How to fix Excel spreadsheet that prints one page and stops

I have a spreadsheet that is 12 two-sided pages. When I try to print, it prints the 12th page and stops; will not print anything further. I'm not getting error messages at all; it simply stops after the one page. I've tried everything with both Excel and the printer itself, but nothing has fixed it. I've narrowed it down that it is a problem with this specific spreadsheet; I created a 'gibberish' test sheet of 12 two-sided pages and it printed fine. Does anyone have suggestions of other things I can check/fix? Is this spreadsheet maybe damaged in some way and if so how would I determine that and most important how can I fix it?

If it's relevant: I'm using Excel in Windows 10 on an HP laptop and an HP all-in-one printer.

TIA for any help!

    Hi Cara1158!

I am Shakiru, an independent advisor and a user like you, and I am glad to be helping you out today.

It sounds like there may be an issue with the formatting or content in your specific spreadsheet that is causing it to not print correctly.

Here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:

    * Check page settings: Make sure that the page settings for your spreadsheet are set correctly. Go to the "Page Layout" tab in the ribbon and check that the page size, margins, and orientation are all set to the desired settings. You can also try adjusting the scaling settings to fit the spreadsheet onto fewer pages.

    * Clear print area: Check if there is a print area defined in your spreadsheet that is causing it to only print one page. Go to the "Page Layout" tab in the ribbon, click on "Print Area" in the "Page Setup" group, and choose "Clear Print Area."

    * Print as PDF: If all else fails, you can try printing your spreadsheet as a PDF file. Go to "File" > "Save As" and choose "PDF" as the file type. Then, open the PDF file and print it from there.

Kindly let me know, if you require additional assistance, I will be glad to help further.

    Best Regards, Shakiru
