Trace folder inside documents containing webclient<ids>.log files

After enabling one drive I have noticed a trace folder.
The trace folder inside documents contains webclient<ids>.log files making one drive stuck changing it's status to processing changes.

Does anyone have any idea why a trace folder is created in documents folder?
Also can I somehow sync the webclient.log file that is trying to sync and fails?

the issue appears in windows 10 pro
I have tried the following:
Quitting and reopening one drive
deleting the synced logs except for the one with status syncing (doesn't let me).
resetting one drive

and I am out of options. Any thoughts?

Thank you in advance.

**Happy to provide further feedback

    Thank you for your reply.

I will try to create a new profile to see if the problem resolves.
However I would like to fix this issue in the current profile as there must be something that triggers it.
If you have any new idea about trying a new fix please let me know.
In case I find a fix I will also post so that everyone know.

    thank you!

    Dear Nikos pl,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

Per your description, you noticed a trace folder inside documents contains webclient<ids>.log files, it makes OneDrive stuck changing its status to processing changes.

We appreciate you share with us all the troubleshooting steps you have tried.

For the situation you encountered, we do understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

We tried testing OneDrive application on Windows 10 computer, we didn't reproduce the trace folder. And we searched a lot but didn't find official article which mentions this behavior in OneDrive.

Since you have tried resetting OneDrive but issue persists, if it's convenient, to narrow down whether the issue only appears in a specific Windows account, you may switch to a different Windows account, log in Windows, open OneDrive and check the outcome.

If same issue persists, we understand how frustrating this situation can be, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

The best way to troubleshoot the situation further is to report the issue to the related team, they have higher permission to remotely assist you, they may use specific tool to collect background logs to find out root cause of why the trace folder is created. The support team has higher permission and more resource than us. This would be the most efficient way in handling this case for you.
