How can I enable “Ctrl + Shift + V” command into Excel?

I'm pretty new to Excel and notice it doesn't have "Ctrl + Shift + V" as a default shortcut. Is there a way to assign this specific action to this shortcut? I previously tried using Microsoft Visual Basic but it keeps giving me an error, can you guys help me out?

    Using Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2302 Build 16.0.16130.20806) 64-bit I do not have an option to "paste text only" or "match destination formatting" by default. I only have pop up tool options and ribbon options. No updates available.
