How to show object behind text?

As-Is, text within shapes cannot be semi-transparent; for very visible comments but yet show content behind them.

My workaround is mulitple steps

  1. copy text
  2. paste as picture
  3. set transparency

Text can also be made transparent:

Select the shape and in the Format Shape dialog box, click Text Options then choose the A icon on the left (see picture) and set the text fill to whatever degree of transparency you like.

OK, but this isn't the same as your earlier example. If you have your Original stamp as a transparent PNG, you'd simply need to insert it wherever you like to get that effect.
