I have found a workaround that works for me using Power Bi to get the query code, then copy that into a blank query in Excel:

    In PowerBi:

Get Data, More..., from SharePoint Online List

Enter the site URL then choose the relevant list from the next screen

    Transform Data

Go to Advanced Editor on the View menu

Copy the code from the window

    In Excel:

Get Data, From Other Sources, Blank Query

Go to the Advance Editor from the View menu

    Paste the previously copied code

    Click Done

You should now have the data you require from the list, ready to be transformed prior to closing and loading to Excel.

    Dear Alejandro,

Greetings! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

As per your description, it seems like SharePoint list option is missing in Get Data in your Excel.

I'd like to help you, please let us cooperate and please don't worry, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation.

I did a quick test in Excel, I can see "From SharePoint Online List" option from Data tab > Get Data > From Online Services, as shown below. May I know if it is the option you want to use?

If not, could you share some screenshots of the options in Get Data in your Excel?

And I'd like to collect more information to better understand the situation and better help you.

1.Can you see the SharePoint list option in your Excel in previous? If yes, does the issue start to happen recently?

2.Can you see other SharePoint related option in Get Data, such as From File > From SharePoint folder?

3.To narrow down the issue, may I know the version of your Excel? Please go to File>Account, capture a screenshot of Product Information, as shown below.

    Thanks for your cooperation!

If my understanding of the scenario is not consistent with yours, feel free to point it out.

I hope you stay safe and healthy always.

    Sincerely,

    Tina | Microsoft Community Moderator
