I do have the same problem, although a sharepoint is mentioned at my account page.
Why Excel Get Data Sharepoint list is missing in office 365
I use office 365 in the company I work
Currently Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2211 Build 16.0.15831.20098) 64-bit
i am trying to conect to a sharepoint list.
Howerver sharepoint list is missing in Get Data.

I see in my 'Connected Services:' OneDrive & Sites (SharePoint Logo)
I see no SharePoint options at in the Get Data dropdowns.

2023-06-27T05:26:38+00:00 It's a subscription problem. You need to have at least E3 (365 for enterprise). I've subscribed to that and it works like a charm
