Hi,

I've two accounts on microsoft on ___@___.___. One personal one and one work one. I am the admin of the work account, but i lost my password. And settings say I can not change my pasword, Admin should change the settings, but I am admin. You see the loop!

This wouldn't be a problem if i didn't have a Power BI subsription on the acocunt. Does somebody know how to cancel the subscription or acces the account.

I can not get a hold of Microsoft to fix it, and I have been paying for something that I can not use.

The way I understand it, you should be able to get in touch with a real person via the phone number (for your region) in that article. Does that not work?

    Hi,

I've tried to contatc them, but never got somebody to talk to. They just send me to the microsoft website to try to fix it myself.

    Kind regards,

Since this is a business subscription, you should be able to contact Microsoft by telephone. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2.
