Android device will not enrol

When trying to enrol a customer's Android device into Intune, it gives the following message;

"Your device does not meet the "Company Name" requirements to enroll and may not be able to gain access to some of "Company Name" Resources".

Checked Intune, there are devices of the same Make/Model already enrolled.

Also tried setting up a work profile. That fails too.

Any help is appreciated!
