I am unable to have a STYLES options or MS FORMS customize background.

Hi Cliff

Thanks for all your help on this issue.

Now I have the Styles options in my tenant as well & I can perform some of the desired task to fulfill the requirement.

Still lot to dive in but I will get there eventually.

Yes, I have the Style feature in my tenant now. It seems that the feature hasn't releases to your tenant. As the targeted release users may get the latest feature in a tenant first, I suggest you try enabling some users in your tenant as the targeted release users to see if they can get the feature in Microsoft Forms. If yes, the feature may be being released to all tenants and you may keep close eyes on the latest updates of your tenant to get the feature.

Set up the Standard or Targeted release options - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

If no, the feature is automatically released and we may have limited permission on helping you fix the issue in your environment. The next step may be to open a support ticket to our related team and they may help you fix the issue in your environment directly.

I suggest you contact the administrator in your organization if you aren't the administrator and let him follow the steps in the following article to open a support ticket to our related team as soon as possible.

Did you recall that you have mentioned abut "THE STYLES" featuer is MS FORM above the Themes options.

That is what I am not getting in my tenant.

Can you please help me in that

It seems that some user also reports that they can't get the custom background feature like what is mentioned in Animate Live Themes in Microsoft Forms in his tenant.

Here is a way you can try at your side such as enabling some users in your tenant as the targeted release users to see if they can get the feature in Microsoft Forms. If yes, the feature may be being released to all tenants and you may keep close eyes on the latest updates of your tenant to get the feature.

If no, it may be a sync issue or other root causes, I'm afraid that there may be nothing you can do at your side and the issue may need to involve our related team to be fixed directly.
