Access 2021: How to create an Update Query

With reference to this graphic -

I wish to create an update query to update [Banknotes: Notes].[SEQ] to [Banknotes: Catalogue].[SEQ] - it's such along time that I dabled in generating Access queries, I've forgotten hoe to do it.

Could anyone please help?

    I needed to change the data type of 'SEQ' from 'Number' to 'Short Text' in both tables and the query now works as rerquired.

    'We all like saving money but I collect UK HM Treasury & Bank of England monetary notes as a hobby.'
