MFA stuck on device sync

Hello,

How to solve an issue for packages deployment via Intune (Company portal), packages are not deployed until user locally on endpoint do not open Company portal app and initiate sync, then MFA prompts authentication. After successful authentication packages are deployed. It happens after MFA grace period. We have enforced CA for all cloud apps, one of condition is MFA.
