Sharepoint Issues with 2-Step Authenticator

Hello,

I have set up 2-step authenticator for our companies email and sharepoint platforms. One of my employees has opted to use the authenticator app and he is running into issues with scanning the barcode.

I need to help him gain access to a smooth two step authentication to allow him into his email and our shared sharepoint site.

Please advise.
