while trying to add an add-in on excel visio that error appear that error shown in the screenshot

    Kindly install Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer 11 as Google Chrome is not a supported browser for Microsoft 365 Add-ins. You can check the link below for more information: https://support.microsoft.com/article/ad1303e0-a318-47aa-b409-d3a5eb44e452

    Also ensure your Excel has the latest updates installed.

    i am already on latest update of excel and i have Microsoft edge already installed and i did tried to used as default app but still the same issue

    Do you have Internet Explorer installed on your PC? If not, that means that it is disabled. To enable it, kindly: Using the Run command, press Windows key + R Type: iexplore.exe Hit Enter.

    This should resolve the issue.
