Two factor has the wrong details

My two factor phone details are wrong... and a authenticator wont login without text or phone.. tried calling support but after 5 unanswered calls... and waiting if 2 hours on each try... is there any other way to identifying me and reset 2fa.

Specifically: please kindly post your question in Azure Active Directory Multi factor Authentication on Microsoft Q&A forum, where experts will focus on requests that will further assist you.

    We are just fellow users and not Support. There's no short cutting the Support process.

    As you are Business you need to wait until you get through to Support if you don't have your own IT group to help you fix your 2FA. Be aware if you are the only user (aka owner) it can be days or even weeks for you to one prove who you are and two to get access again.
