IMAP failure error when sending batch emails from our school information system (Sycamore)

Question

We are using Office 365 A1 Plus for faculty. I'm trying to setup Sycamore to send batch emails to our families and get an IMAP failure error. Our domain is XXXXXXXXXX.org and the settings I'm using are these:

My only options for IMAP server security are standard or SSL for for SMTP server Standard, SSL, or TLS.
