Microsoft Phishing Attack Simulation not reporting user opened attachement

Question

Hi,

Launched a Attachment test simulation. User clicked on the supposed to be a malicious attachment, however the report does not recognize the user is compromised.

Have others experience the same with Phishing Attack Simulation?
