problems adding e-mail address to one note

I have a office 365 basic account for my business.

I set up onenote and it works so far on my browser, Mac OS and iPhone app.

I would like to send emails to onenote. When I want to add a new address, it won't let me add. The only dress I can choose is the ...@onmicrosoft.com address.

I tried with an old, private account. There i can add more e-mail addresses.

How can I add more e-mail addresses? I could forward emails, that I get. And I could use my multi-function printers function "send via e-mail"

I am sorry for my medium-english and I hope, that the program specific terms I used are correct.

Thanks for your support in advance

    Hi!
    Thank you for your reply!
I tried in incognito mode, with another browser, with desktop app (MAC) and with app for iPhone.
    I tried again this morning.
I now use my private account for onenote and the import works. I hope the apps do not have to work together in the future.

I have the next issue. When I Import PDF's I cannot search for text in them. (I wanted to use onenote to digitalize mails, so I can search for stuff in the future)

I also tried different methods to import (including 'import als print' if translated correct). And I tried the different ways to use onenote to search. But I may have to open another topic for that.

Thank you again for your reply!

    Have a nice day!

    Dear Matthias Thiesing,

    Good day!!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and please don’t worry, let’s work together on your concern and move towards a resolution path.

I understand your concern and to my knowledge the behavior you are encountering is not an expected behavior Save email to OneNote feature will be able to add the multiple email addresses but since you are able to UPN with onmicrosoft.com and your another private account is able to add more email addresses at Save email to OneNote feature, I would like to suggest you to perform the same action in the new InPrivate or new Incognito window to check the outcome.

If the same issue is happening even in the InPrivate or Incognito window, then I believe it should be a backend issue with your account where there is no any setting to change and the problem can be further investigated by related development team via collecting HAR logs because there is no any related service incident reported at the Microsoft Service Health dashboard.

I do feel regret for not resolving the problem and redirecting you to the related development team but the fix to your concern can be find out through the HAR logs and suggest you raise a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center, where the related team will investigate the problem further by collecting the HAR logs.

Note: To create a support ticket, you need to have admin privileges and if you aren’t admin of your Office 365 organization, please contact the admin of creating a new ticket.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia
