Organization Chart not functioning in Sharepoint Mobile Apps

I'm using organization chart as part of our company site content in sharepoint online and it was functioning nicely. But when I open that site in sharepoint mobile apps, the organization chart appear only parent information and people reporting under he/she was not showed. The profile picture also appear as blank and the profile appear 'Try a different person'. How to fix this issue?

As per the description shared, we understand your concern and tested the behavior at our end with organization chart web part, where we can reproduce the same behavior when open the site page in the SharePoint Mobile app.

In this situation, I suggest you raise a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center, where the related team will investigate the problem further.

Note: To create a support ticket, you need to have admin privileges and if you aren’t the admin of your Office 365 organization, please contact the admin of creating a new ticket.
