I can not find Checkboxes in Insert Menu

I saw a video showing that now you can select Menu Insert so you can find checkbox and you can add to cells as you insert a function or a text

    My version is Microsoft® Excel® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2401 Build 16.0.17231.20194) 64-bit but still don't have Checkbox in Cell Control ribbon.

    If anyone knows how to add it to the free Office 365, let me know. I assume it's not going to show up here though unless with paid subscription.

    Not the same thing. there is a new feature under INSERT to do this and only available to specific channels.

    I found a workaround: Insert --> Drawing --> Shapes --> (pick square box but then need to edit out the coloured fill).

    Hope that helps for someone else as well. Again this is for the free version in lieu of it not having options for the Developer tab.
