SharePoint List column formatting Styles - change style icons not selectable (Bold, italics, borders, icons, etc)

Question

Not sure when it started, but the Design Mode of Format Columns - Change Styles section, the style icons that are used to set Font decoration (Bold, Italics, Underline, etc), Icons (arrow, checkmark, etc) and Borders (all, bottom, left & right, etc) are not functioning. They used to work fine, but are no longer selectable or clickable. The dropdown lists for font size, text and fill color, they all still work.

Have tested this on different lists, sites, and in four different M365 tenants and on two different PCs. E3 or E5 license, Site Collection Admin and Site Owner on all sites/lists.

This is helpful. However, this issue has not been resolved in my environment (GCC). That said, I am able to use the keyboard arrows to move between and select the styles I need. It is not exactly efficient, but works.
