According to your description, please kindly follow instructions in this article to see if any method in it can solve the error: Resolve sign-in errors in Teams.
If you’re on Windows device, please also kindly refer to following steps to check wehther it can help you
- Close Teams, clear Teams caches and then open Windows Credential Manager.
- Find the credentials related to your Office account. Back up them and remove credentials.
- Start Teams.

- Has your Teams client been updated to the latest version? If not, please check the results after the update, thank you.
- Please try signing in to Teams web with your account and check if you get the same error, thank you.
- It seems that you received some error messages and error codes, if it is so convenient, please share a complete screenshot with your error message and error code to me, thank you.
- Do you use MFA and in what context does this error occur? Did you get this error when using MFA to verify your account?
