Windows 365 error code 43881

Whilst trying to activate Windows 365 with 30 day trial just after successful payment error code 43881 has popped up stating that I need to contact support. When following the steps to contact support a customer support phone number is shown, which I have called, after tackling their automated system, the call is answered by a human, who then offers to help and then disconnects the call. I have made at least 5 attempts, 3 of which managed to get through to someone, despite requesting the last person not to hangup, surprisingly he too disconnected the call. Wow Microsoft.... please can someone provide me a solution, just trying to trial this product for my business. This is not letting me start a support ticket, rather keeps prompting me to call customer support 0800 032 6417 which already has been a waste of 40 minutes.
