Error Code 43881,

Hi,

After finishing the registration of my school to use MS365 for educational use, Error is pop up with error code number 43881 .

Moreover, my school domain has been verified.

Now, i can access MS 365 portal, i can access the admin center, I can see in the billing card that, (

Your education discount is pending.

But i cannot see any application like (word, outlook, teams .. etc) and I cannot see any free trial license. means, when create new user, i cannot assign any license for him, cause nothing is there,

who can help me on this plz.

    Thanks Sophia,

    The issue when clicking on contact support, phone numbers are shown which is located in the United States, even though, i have tried to contacts them over skype, but nobody answered.

    Another obstacle that will affect communication with Microsoft, is that I am located in Jordan.

    Moreover, you can give a shot again by following the below steps and see whether you can raise a service request from the Microsoft 365 admin center:

    Open the Office 365 admin center> Support> Help & Support> Enter about your problem and click Enter> Click Contact Support under the search results> Fill the details> Select the Phone as preferred contact> Click Contact Me after filling all details.

    If still not, please post your concern in the above category of this community for further assistance from the experts.

    I understand your concern and to my knowledge, your problem need to be checked by the Microsoft Phone support team where they collect all related details and provide the necessary license that will be available for free since your school domain has been verified.

    Since you are able to access to the Microsoft 365 admin center, suggest you raise a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center, where the related team will collect the related information and find out the cause of the problem. Reference: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
