I can't add new payment method

I want to add new credit card details to my payment method. but it keeps showing this error Verify your address We couldn't validate your address. Please ensure the address you've entered is correct.

I wan to clarify that the address is correct. It's the same address on the previous credit card that is no longer working.

This is the second time I am having similar problem, i resolved it in may and i was able to make payment. Now i want to change the credit card to another one

Customer care ain't responding as usual and this is very urgent cos i have invoice to pay now

    I sent a message to the billing and technical team for more than 12 hours now, before I submitted this question in the community, they have not responded till now.

    Sometimes it takes days before they respond. This is really painful especially when I need urgent support like this.

    My organisation's subscription has been suspended

    For anyone trying this I spent weeks with Microsoft support getting nowhere.

    Eventually on another forum I found this link

    Add the card there(it looks like nothing has happened and doesn't appear).

    When you go back to the admin center the card has been added and can be used to pay the outstanding bills.

    It's a real mess, this happened several years ago as well and support directed us to the old admin center to get it done. (no longer available)

    Micrsoft really needs to get sorted out. Same problems happen with Xbox as well. Seems their address/CC verifications are not up to date even though the data is valid. There needs to be an override.
