365 Admin Account Does Not Exist

I created a test tenant with a free trial E5 license for studying for some certifications. I no longer need the account, so I went to sign in with the "******@xxx.onmicrosoft.com" to release the license and the account doesn't exist.

I've been through the password reset forms and nothing works because it thinks that account doesn't exist. I also found the MS form for getting into your account, but I can't get anywhere with that either because the first step is to enter your account and it can't find it. Additionally, I can't reach support for help without signing in either.

The confirmation emails I receive from Microsoft are going to my personal Gmail account, but I'm unable to sign into 365 Business, and there is no record of the license when I sign into 365 Home.

The license just passed its free trial, and I was billed for it but all of the confirmation emails that go to my personal Gmail account are from a no-reply mailbox.
