excel templates on sharepoint on android

Question

Trying to use an Excel template in Sharepoint on an Android tablet. Uploaded a Workbook as a Template on a browser on Windows, everything went well so far.

Went to an android tablet to the same SharePoint site, guess what no template! Tried several things no luck!

Does somebody got a solution for this? (tried to add screenshots, also no luck)

Apologies for issue can't been solved.

suggest you raise a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center, where the related team will collect the logs and find out the cause of the problem. Reference: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Note: To create a support ticket, you need to have admin privileges and if you aren’t admin of your Office 365 organization, please contact the admin of creating a new ticket.

But unfortunately all of your options didn't work out. I added 2 screenshots (yesterday the upoad didn't work....) to show you exactly what I mean.

Strange enough if I click Edit New Menu (Menu Nieuw bewerken) I see the template in the Menu???

I tried everything I could think of, now out of options.....

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and please don’t worry, let’s work together and try to move in the resolving direction

as you mentioned that uploaded template can work fine in Windows ,but no template in android tablet

in my knowleage, if you access the document with Classic experience, the uploaded template can't display.uploaded template can work in Modern experience only.

you should check you are accessing SharePoint site in Classic experience or Modern experience

if you are using Modern experience, could you try to use another browers(like Edge) or use Incognito mode?
