Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.TransientFaultHandling.WindowsAzure.Storage has a dependent dll which is not loading (Microsoft.WindowsAzure.StorageClient)
Why is the dll present in reference of this parent dll when its not available? How to resolve this issue ?
