SharePoint List Missing Records

I tried to create a SharePoint List by importing an Excel file with 10,805 rows. The SharePoint List appears to be stuck at 450 records although everything I read indicates that a List can have far more than 10,805 rows. Does anyone know why this is happening? I checked the List settings and there is no limit to the total number of records allowed. Thanks!

    Dear Karen,

Yes, 10,805 rows can should be OK. I did a test and I can't reproduce the issue in our environment.

If it is convenient, I suggest you create a new list from the Excel table again to see the result.

If the issue persists, I think that it may be an issue related to the Import feature in your tenant and may need to involve our related team to be fixed directly.

If you aren't the administrator, I suggest you contact the administrator in your company and let him follow the steps in Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn to open a support ticket to our related team as soon as possible.

The administrator should be able to open the support ticket from Help & support in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
