How to start services "Distributed Cache" in server role "Application with Search" on sharepoint server subscription edition ?

Hi, I added the "DistributedCache" server role to the "ApplicationWithSearch" server role on the my farm, however, when starting the "Distributed Cache" service, the warning "Complaint is No" occurs. Please let me know if this affects server performance or not? How to change the status "Complaint is No" to "Complain is Yes"?
