Attack Simulation - Customised end user training assignment notifications not working

Hi team,

Wonder if you could help, please.

We're exploring the functions within the Attack Simulation module in Microsoft 365 Defender.

We've managed to create custom tenant end-user notifications, however, we are having issues.

When someone fails to properly deal with a phishing simulation (i.e. ends up providing username and password), they are meant to receive a training notification via email. We've noticed those notifications only work with Microsoft default notifications, but not with customised end user notifications (created by us through in the Content Library).

It appears that while Microsoft default notifications allow us to define delivery preferences, customised end-user ones don't.

Has anyone ever experienced this issue with custom notifications?

Thank you for your help.
