    Dear Michael Zhou,.

    Good day!!

I understand your concern and I would like to convey that I have tested the behavior at my end using eDiscovery in the Compliance Admin, where I am able to download the exported results in the Export tab.

So, I would like to confirm whether you are facing the same issue in the InPrivate or Incognito browser.

If yes, then I believe the problem should be either related to the account or affected to the tenant because there is no related service incident at the Microsoft end. In this situation, I suggest you raise a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center, where the related team will investigate the problem further by collecting HAR logs.

Reference: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

Note: To create a support ticket, you need to have admin privileges and if you aren’t the admin of your Office 365 organization, please contact the admin of creating a new ticket.

Apologies for not resolving the problem but as per our conclusion it can be resolved by collecting the HAR logs and related development team can find the cause of the problem, we redirected you in the right direction.

Appreciate your patience and understanding with us. Have a good day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia
