hi
i have a 2008 domain controller in my domain and i config user1 to logon to pc1 and so on (about 300 clients) each user in local, is member of "remote desktop users" group .when i want to remote desktop them by a windows 10 computer system show massage that "you are not allowed to logon this computer..." and when i use another computer to remote the same system or remove logonto restriction, i can remote that system. why this happens and how can i fix it!

I'm sorry, it is not clear what you are trying to do. Have you defined a workstation restriction in the domain for user1 to only log on to pc1? Do you then log on to pc2 as user2 and then try to RDP to pc1 as user1? I think that you need to clarify what machines and accounts are used in each situation.
It would also be helpful if you explained the overall goal that you are trying to accomplish.

If we set log on to as "All computers" for User1, remote connection will succeed.
-- In this case, please confirm if there is RD connection broker and RD gateway will be involved when you use win 10 to remote pc1. If so, you will also need to add RDCB and RD gateway in the log on to list.

i do not follow you (RD connection broker and RD gateway!!). i just use windows 10 remote desktop console to make a connection to pc1 (for example) if the user1 that i use to remote pc1 is restricted by "log on to" it gives me the error. if i set log on to as "All computers" for user1 or use another version of windows remote access will be succeed.
before windows server 2012, you just need to add the PC1 to "log on to" list, but in the later version, if you do not set the "log on to" as all computers, you will need to add all the computers that will be involved when you remote from one PC to another. For example, if you use one win 10 PC to remote control another win 10 PC by user1, and it will need to connect through gateway, then the both win 10 PCs and the gateway should be added to "log on to" list for user1.
This is by design after windows server 2012.
