Resolve errors after having attempted to upload a large volume of files to onedrive web

I tried backing up a removable hard drive to onedrive via the web rather than the sync tool/app. I left it overnight but in the morning, it hadn't made much progress so I closed the window. But now I can't view anything on my onedrive at all. Is there some way to fix this?

Thanks,

Daniel

Thank you for this. I think I have solved it. The problem was in uploading so many files at once which must have overwhelmed OneDrive. I found that I could access the files on my mobile OneDrive app, and so deleted them there. It still took a day for me to be able to access it on my computer again but I have access now. I'm uploading the files in smaller batches.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi Daniel,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with OneDrive. It's possible that the upload process was interrupted, which could have caused the errors you're seeing.

Here are some steps you can take to try:

    1. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection and that you're not experiencing any connectivity issues.
    2. Clearing your browser cache can help to resolve issues with OneDrive. To do this, go to your browser settings and clear your cache and cookies.
    3. If the upload process was interrupted, you may need to try uploading the files again. You can do this using the OneDrive sync tool/app, which is designed to handle large volumes of files.

If none of the above steps work, I understand how frustrating this situation can be and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I sincerely recommend you contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. They have higher permission to remotely assist you, they can help you troubleshoot the issue and provide additional guidance on how to resolve it. This would be a more efficient way in handling this case for you.
