You are wonderful to take the time to give me advice! Thank you, Leo. You do not work for Microsoft, do you? I wish you lived near me so I could pay you to fix the problem. I am reluctant to remove Office in case afterward I am not recognized as having a Microsoft account even though I pay a fee every month. I think I will try to reinstall keeping my fingers crossed hoping my new account will be acknowledged.

Thank you for all your support.

     Have fun!

Thank you for clarifying, RoMrs. O. Since you have a subscription-based Office product, you can also retrieve its license by activating it again using the same Microsoft account you used to subscribe. May I know how the reinstallation went? Did it solve the issue? We are glad to wait for your response for us to assist you further if needed. Thank you, and have a nice day!
