Parent Notebook Links do not work

I have created multiple notebooks and I like to share a read-only link of each notebook's content library to the parents using the Parent Notebook Links feature.

I pressed Copy to copy the read-only link created for a specific notebook's content library as it says No account is required to view.

However when I tried the link, nothing from the content library is loaded.

Can someone please tell me what have I done wrong?

    Dear Yat-Ho,

sorry for I can't reproduce your issue, that I have no education account of Office 365.

in my pass experience, while the page has nothing loaded, it seems you couldn't access the Notebook page normally, or the page was broken.

after turned on external sharing in SharePoint online, if the issue still occur, suggest you raise a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center, where the related team will collect the logs and find out the cause of the problem. If you need any further assistance or any misunderstanding from our end, please feel free to post back to us.

Thanks for your patience and understanding. Have a good day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia

Thank you Sophia for the swift reply.

I followed EXACTLY the steps of Create parent and guardian links in Class Notebook - Microsoft Support.

However, like I said when I tried the link created, the page has nothing loaded. When I refreshed, the page still has nothing loaded.

With turning on external sharing in SharePoint online, I will contact my school IT to check if it is turned on. If such function has already been turned on, what other options are there?

    Much appreciated of your assistance.

    Best regards
