How do I change my default "save as file type" from saving as a .png to saving as a .jpeg, when saving a picture in Windows 11?

How do I change my default "Save as File Type" from saving as a .png instead of saving as a .jpeg, when saving a picture in Windows 11?

When you do a "Save as File Type" the default always saves an image as a .png format rather than a .jpg format. All images I "Save As" are .jpg image files. Why can't I set the "Save as File Type" default, as .jpg rather than .png format in Windows 11? Jpg format files are all I use and it would be nice if the defaul would be .jpg NOT .png File Format.

that's a great answer for windows 10, but in Windows 11 you cannot right click to OPEN WITH on an image. I cannot direct the open with command. When I open an image in a new tab then can right click to save image as, the only option in the dialog box is .png or All FIles for save as type. I'm kinda loosing it here.....
