Hi,

We are looking for some solution to get insights about messages send from the secondary or shared mailbox.

Do you have any recommendations?

Before you write about MyAnalytics - I've alredy tried to do this - I've converted mailbox to regular ,assigned Office E3 license, enabled MyAnalytics for the user (Set-MyAnalyticsFeatureConfig). I have attached this secondary mailbox as a another acount to Outlook.

So, having all this in place I've send an email to a group. Outlook's MyAnalytics told me: "You need to wait like 15 minutes to have some data". I thought: "Sweet! It works" But after that 15 or so minutes I highlighted the email, the right Insight pane for like 1 second was telling "Loading stats on this email", then rapidly changed to "Something went wrong." I've opened a case at MS, after testing for like 2 hous, I suggested that maybe it is not doable - I just didn't want to continue to work with suppot - it was pointless - and we closed the ticket.

    Hi @PawelJarosz-0356,

Did this issue occur on this mailbox that was converted from a shared mailbox only?

If so, according to the Official documention, the feature of Insight is available to a valid mailbox(a user mailbox from the start ), for more information, please refer to the section of "Why don't I see the Outlook Insights add-in?" this document: Insights Outlook add-in

In this case, it's recommended to create a new user mailbox for your need.
