Export Sharepoint OnPrem Document / List Comments to CSV

Hi Community!

We are trying to export the comments from all List Items from an OnPrem Sharepoint Site to a CSV.

We are able to export literaly everything except the user Comments that are connected to the files. We can get the check in comments, but we need the comments that are connected to the files / items. PLEASE HELP we have tried everything.
