Excel Data Validation - can't scroll down list using either the arrow buttons or scroll bar after switch to 2308

Hello

I have the exact same problem as reported by UKDavidB in 2018 !

When trying to select from a data validation list, the first eight options are available to click, but I can't select any items further down the list as both the scrolling arrows and scroll bar are visible, but don't respond when clicked.

I never had this problem before but it's now happening after we upgraded to 2308 (64 bits)

    It seems bug which comes form update. You may raise it to Microsoft. Hope Microsoft will fix it soon.

    Please contact your admin/IT department create a support ticket via Microsoft 365 Admin Center> Support> New service request. Support team there will have the correct channel and resources to help you investigate more and find what exactly the reason has caused this situation.
