Conditional formatting to highlight cells for due date in 90 days not working

I have a training matrix setup which records training expiry dates, I have used conditional formatting to highlight cells which

  • Are blank - training to be completed (yellow)
  • Contain N/A (grey)
  • Expiry is greater than todays date (green)
  • Expiry is within 90 days of todays date (orange)
  • Expiry is less than todays date (Red)

The formatting for 'due within 90 days' is not working, what do I need to fix?

    Check your conditional formatting formula:

    Greater than "=Today()" instead of "today()"

    I've checked the formatting and I'm still not getting the required results

    Trainin in date = green

    Expired = red

    Training due in the next 90 days = orange

    Below you'll see the date to the right of the one highlighted in red is within the next 90 days, but still shows as green, an not orange (I've checked the cell format too, and removed and re-entered the data just in case)

    It seems this one is incorrect.

    =Now()

    The red one is working fine.

    Which one is not working? Could you share the file again?
