Task list option isn't working in Loop

I've tried to add a task list to a Loop page, but when I click to add, it goes back to text and says "just start typing"?

    According to the description I have checked few things, and then I have consulted with my team member, in order of their particular part of the situation, there could be a couple of reasons that can be analyzed from the backend resources.

    As a global administrator of Office 365 may need to contact our back-end support team via an open service request so that they can diagnose this particular scenario through a few more technical resources, if needed, they can gather some different logs information and engage the specific next-level support team to diagnose some specific situation.

    Because forum community moderators have limited permissions, for this reason, we are unable to collect some detailed information from logs in the public forum to protect enterprise tenant data. After diagnosing the scenario from the backend side, our technical support team will provide further assistance and information from their side.

    If there are any known issues, our technical support team can provide from their backend resources.

    Note: The end user must contact the Office 365 Global Administrator in their respective organization to perform any standard procedures and obtain support from our back-end resources team.

    Important note: If any organization's Office 365 Business/Enterprise/Education subscription is from a union partner or reseller, and if the global admin can't open the service request on your end, you may need to contact the reseller's support provider so they can help the global admin open the service request on your end. after the Office 365 support team can participate in the service request.
