Action Pack - Cannot Buy

Hi TEam,

WHen i am trying to buy action pack, i am getting the following error:

Please understand that as public forum support, we don’t have higher permissions to check and analyze any users' billing details I therefore believe that this issue should be further investigated by Partner center support Get help and contact support in Partner Center - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn They will be able to investigate the issue and provide a solution.  See Partner Support availability to see the availability in your geographical region.
