User group licenses not processing automatically

Hello, anyoneone else experiencing the below?

Since yesterday user office licens assignments has stopped working.

  • If i press [Reprocess] the licens is assigned correctly!?

Our Users are synced to Entra from local AD with their respective licens groups, and the groups are assigned licenses on Entra.

Everything seems to be syncing correctly, since all i need to do is press the [Reprocess] button, so is this a Microsoft bug atm?

Microsoft 365 and Office | Install, redeem, activate | Other | Other

    We created a support case with Microsoft, and after a weeks dialog with 1st line support it suddenly started working, with no explanation from MS..

    Hi, my organisation is having this issue also, seems as though it started around the 18th December 2023. Did you get any fix for this?
