I am not seeing the same behavior by creating an sample list. It seems the data in the list is good but the view itself is broken. If you can't observe the same issue in other view of this list, I would suggest you create a new view as a quick fix. If you can observe the same behavior in all views of this list, please ask your tenant admin to reach out Microsoft Support by following the instructions here: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. The support team shall help you figure out why all the view under certain filter are not showing correctly.
