I apologize for any confusion. If steps 4-8 are not available are not available to you. Then you can export the survey responses to Excel and manually send the PDF copy to the email address provided in the survey. To export the responses to Excel, go to the Responses tab in your form and click on the Excel icon. From there, you can filter the responses by the email address question and send the PDF copy to the corresponding email addresses. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Send Microsoft forms response to unique email addresses?
Hello,
I am hoping someone can help me find a solution to my question. I am creating a survey in microsoft forms. One of the questions in the survey is email address. Once the survey is submitted, I would like for a copy of the survey responses sent to the responder and the specific email address from the question in the survey. Is this possible?
Thanks,

2024-02-05T22:05:18+00:00 Yes, to access the feature of exporting survey responses to Excel and sending PDF copies to email addresses provided in the survey, you need to have a Microsoft 365 subscription that includes Forms. These features are available in the paid versions of Microsoft Forms, which are included in Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Microsoft 365 Business Premium, and Microsoft 365 E3 and E5 plans. If you have a free Microsoft account, you can still use Microsoft Forms, but some features may be limited.

2024-09-12T07:27:24+00:00 Agreed. The whole point of automated email responses is to decrease workload, and so that folks who fill out our Form don't email us about it. Asking users to create a PDF of each response, copy addresses from an Excel form, and then individually send those responses seems ridiculous. Automatic responses should be a basic function and it exists in Google Forms - why not Microsoft Forms?
