word error "The Visual Basic environment could not be initialized"

I tried safe mode, removed all add-ins in my word, and also tried running as administrative. Still doesn't work.

I couldn't type equations in word, every time I tried to type an equation, there was the error "The Visual Basic environment could not be initialized".

Please help!

Did you work out how to fix it? I've got the same problem.

    Hi wendaox, this is Bryll

Thanks for asking that question. It's a really interesting one, but I'm afraid it's out of my league. It's not something we usually talk about here in the community. But don't worry, there's a place where you can get better answers from people who know more about this stuff. Just go to Microsoft Q&A Questions or Newest 'vba' Questions - Stack Overflow and post your question there. They're the experts on these things.

We will also leave this thread open for our MVPs or other members who are experts in this concern to share their answers.

We hope this information is helpful. A true pleasure to share my thoughts.

    Best wishes,

    Bryll
