Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi Biomall Team,
Good day.
Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.
To help us narrow down the issue you are facing kindly You can verify the correct values by following the steps below:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center.
- Go to the Setup > Domains page.
- Select the domain that you want to verify.
- On the Domain settings page, select the DNS records tab.
- Verify that the MX record values listed on this page match the values that you have added to your domain's DNS settings.
If the values match, please allow some time for the DNS changes to propagate. This can take up to 72 hours, although it usually takes much less time. One common issue is not including the "MS=" part of the record.
If the issue persists after the DNS changes have propagated, please contact Microsoft Online support for further assistance Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn. They will be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and ensure that your MX records are correctly configured.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns. I look forward to hearing from you.
Please understand that our initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
Best regards,
